Disclaimer
Everything we offer is by invitation.
You are free to engage—or not engage—with every aspect of our work.
At Embodied Love University (“ELU”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we honor your sovereignty above all. Nothing is mandatory. Your boundaries, your timing, and your truth are always valid here.
The following disclaimer outlines the spirit and structure of our content and services. By engaging with any of our materials, programs, or experiences, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Adult-Oriented and Sensual Content
Embodied Love University offers education in conscious embodiment, intimacy, sensuality, sexuality, polarity, and trauma-informed practices. This may include:
Erotic energy cultivation
Discussions of intimate and relational dynamics
Somatic, energetic, or breath-based practices that can evoke emotional or sensual responses
Our work is offered with reverence, respect, and responsibility, but it is not for everyone. It is explicitly intended for adults aged 18 and above. Please do not engage with our content if this type of material is inappropriate or unsafe in your current environment or culture.
2. Not Medical or Clinical Advice
What we share is rooted in lived experience, deep study, and embodiment—not diagnosis or treatment. ELU does not offer medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. We are not a substitute for:
Therapy or trauma counseling
Medical treatments or diagnoses
Crisis intervention or emergency care
If you are currently experiencing severe psychological distress, physical illness, or trauma activation, we urge you to seek appropriate licensed support before engaging with any of our materials.
3. Informed Consent, Boundaries & Self-Responsibility
We work in the field of conscious education, which inherently means:
You choose what you participate in and how deeply.
You may stop, pause, or modify any practice.
You are encouraged to stay with your body’s “yes” and honor your body’s “no.”
We offer frameworks for transformation, but you are responsible for your process. Your self-leadership is key. If something feels activating, tender, or overwhelming, we honor your choice to engage at your own pace—or not at all.
4. Results Disclaimer
This work is powerful—but not prescriptive. We do not offer guarantees or promises of transformation, healing, or results. Every journey is unique. What you receive depends on your willingness, discernment, readiness, and follow-through.
5. Community Participation & Confidentiality
If you join our group programs or community spaces, you agree to:
Respect the experiences, identities, and boundaries of others.
Avoid giving unsolicited advice or coaching.
Maintain confidentiality—what is shared in sacred space, stays in sacred space.
However, we cannot guarantee that all participants will uphold confidentiality, so please share only what feels safe and self-consented.
6. Use of Content
