- Video lesson
This practice, known as “Priming for Pleasure,” is designed to relax the vagus nerve and activate the front line of the body, enhancing sensory awareness and emotional connection. The session begins with warming the hands and gently releasing tension in the jaw, followed by stroking down the neck to release any stress held there. The practice continues with massaging the chest to create more space and openness, and gently pulling down the solar plexus and lower belly to promote relaxation.
